Is there zell am see kaprun card in the hotel?

Unfortunately we cannot offer this card as we don't have this agreement with the tourism board. This card cannot be bought by the guests theirselves. But you get a guest card from us for several reductions and free use of the public transports.

If half board is booked, what is the situation regarding Covid and dining? Buffet or table service etc etc?

We have buffet breakfast but we do not have dinner at Seehotel Sissi.

Good morning, we do not have an elevator, but we also have rooms on the ground floor.

I have 2 dogs (mops) that will be travelling with us. Are they aloud? Is the extra costs?

Dogs are welcome..we charge for each dog 5€ per day.

Beim Hotel direkt gibt es keine bzw. nur begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten. Eine Reservierung ist leider nicht möglich. An Feiertagen und von Samstag 12.00 – Montag um 08.00 Uhr sowie nachts ist die Kurzparkzone in Zell am See kostenlos.

There was no lift ..we were in the top floor.. i was there for Spartan race so that's OK for me ..May be they can add some hot breakfast too..

I enjoyed the stay after all
The location was wonderful + breakfast
but there's no elevator and my room was in third floor so it was very hard to get my luggage to my room and also the check in time was too late it's 3 pm on the other hand the check out at 10 in the morning!! Finally the parking always fully booked

Very Good
The reception is only open 2 hours a day so checking in can be a hassle. Be sure to check that before you arrive or you’ll be waiting for them to come. Beautiful view of the lake and 3 min walk to swimming and 5 min to center, location is perfect.
